To use it on the website, log into your account before completing your purchase! The cashback amount available in your account will be redeemed automatically! If you do not wish to redeem the amount, remove it on the checkout screen.
To use it in our concept store, access your account with the registered email and show the available balance to the salesperson.
If you do not remember your password, click on "Forgot My Password", enter your email, and use the link to reset your password.
RULES
– Cashback will be available for use 14 days after product delivery
– Unused points expire 45 days after the purchase date
– Cashback is limited to 50% of the total purchase amount
– Cashback balance cannot be used on Sale items
– In case of return, points in the program related to returned products are canceled
– Sale items do not generate cashback credit
– The cashback earned is net of discounts and shipping costs
– Cashback balance is personal and non-transferable
– The discount on Sale items is not cumulative with other promotions
– To debit and use cashback, it is necessary, at the time of purchase, to provide personal information such as: Full name, phone number, CPF, and email. If such information is not provided at the time of purchase, cashback will not be debited
– In case of misuse of cashback, at TISSÉ's discretion, we reserve the right to reverse the purchase or request payment completion
– In case of bad faith, at TISSÉ's discretion, we reserve the right to void the cashback balance
– In case of information discrepancy, the rule described on this page prevails
